Paul Murray was commissioned as an officer in the US Marine Corps in 2009, and graduated law school in 2012. In 2013, he was sworn and certified as Judge Advocate for the Marine Corps, and spent his impressive career serving those in need. First providing his legal service to Marines and Sailors who needed it, and then later as a private attorney.
He was permanently stationed at MCRD Parris Island where he was able to put his legal training to work representing clients in a variety of different types of legal cases including landlord & tenant law, consumer law, estate planning, contract disputes, family law, Service Member Civil Relief Act cases, and cases related to impaired or drunk driving. He later served as a military defense counsel representing clients at court-martial and adverse administrative action. He advocated for his clients, who were facing DUI/DWI charges, drug use or distribution charges, and even charges related to rape and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
In his position as an attorney at Beaufort DUI, Mr. Murray focuses on each client, and learning about the specifics related to their case. He knows that DUI and other related cases can have a serious, lifelong impact on the client, and will do everything in his power to get the best possible results.
